
'Tech and Ops', the heartbeat of this broadcast organisation, keeps The FOXTEL Group's brands running (think KAYO Sports, FOX Sports, BINGE, Hubbl and FOXTEL). They wanted to put themselves on the map as an exciting and challenging place to work.
The branding exercise included a full EVP strategy and suite of assets including photography and video content. We partnered with Fifth Frame Consulting to build a bold internal brand that gave them the recognition, (and recruitment edge), they deserved.
Through visual storytelling, including photography, and video, we captured what makes this crew tick: big challenges, bigger thinking, and a work culture with real heart. The result was a fresher looking Tech & Ops department, that not only turned heads internally, but helped attract the next wave of top tech talent.
